I met Chrissy while photographing her and her band earlier this year for a festival they were playing. During that portrait session, I was absolutely drawn to her positive energy and even told her- “At the risk of sounding totally weird, I’d love to be friends with you!”. And as gracious as she is, she laughed and off we are to being friends.
A couple months later, I got to photograph her band during a live show, and got talking after the show. She asked if I knew anyone, or if I myself shoot weddings- and the quickest resounding YES shot out of my mouth! Yes me please, I’d love to shoot your wedding!
I met Dom over the phone shortly after, and we booked it that day. They gave me a quick rundown of the wedding they’re planning and the universe brought us together for a reason. They were in the midst of planning the most amazing camping weekend I’ve ever heard- like a music festival with their wedding to kick off the festivities. This sounded like heaven.

The wedding was just this past weekend, and while I’m still shaking out pine needles from my boots, I can assure you, it was magical. I’ll post those images once they’re ready.
